Returns Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition received
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping/postage costs are non-refundable.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide our returns address and instructions for returning your order.
Items returned without prior approval or communication will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
To help us process claims fairly and accurately, we require:
- Clear video evidence of the damaged item
- Packaging evidence where applicable
- Your order number
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to hygiene reasons, fidget and sensory toys cannot be returned once opened or if any tags have been removed.
As these products are intended for personal use, opened items are no longer suitable for resale and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Usage Damage & Wear
We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to:
- Popped or burst toys
- Splits or tears
- Damage caused by overstretching
- Breakages from rough handling or misuse
- General wear and tear from regular use
