Shipping Methods
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Track Your Item services for reliable and secure delivery.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and size of your order. Competitive shipping rates start from just £3.50.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within our stated processing timeframe.
During busy periods including launches, sales events, holidays, weekends, or adverse weather conditions, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.
Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
You can use your Royal Mail tracking number to:
- Track your parcel
- Redirect your parcel
- Select a safe place
- Arrange redelivery
- Hold or reschedule delivery
These delivery preferences are managed directly through Royal Mail using your tracking number.
Delivery Responsibility
Fidget & Sensory Squad is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by Royal Mail, including deliveries made to:
- Safe places
- Neighbours
- Alternative delivery locations selected by the customer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure any nominated safe place is secure and suitable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete before placing an order.
Fidget & Sensory Squad cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries caused by address errors
- Parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout
Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect address information.
Delays & Busy Periods
Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, strikes, customs processing, or high-volume periods are outside of our control.
If you are ordering for birthdays, holidays, gifts, or special occasions, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the appropriate Royal Mail waiting period before contacting us.
UK parcels are not considered lost until Royal Mail’s official waiting timeframe has passed. Investigations or claims cannot begin until this period has been met.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item(s)
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to assist with claims or replacements.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may apply
- Additional re-dispatch charges may be required
